SHIPPING


Delivery is performed in Australia and NZ by Australia Post. We may use other couriers for larger orders, but in all cases the full purchase price will be covered by insurance. If you choose Express Post, it is the customers responsibility to check that they are within the Express Post network.

To estimate the delivery cost for your order, simply add the items you are interested in to your cart, go to your cart and choose your country from the dropdown list, delivery costs are based on the weight of the items chosen.
For items marked as free shipping, free shipping will only apply when all goods in the order are free shipping items.

For large orders, call or email us and we will arrange an optimum delivery rate.

Most shipments will be delivered withing 2-5 working days within Australia, allow an extra day for shipments to New Zealand. We ship hardware to Australia, New Zealand and other selected countries.
Email us if a shipping method is unavailable for your location.
In the unlikely event that your package has not been delivered within 5 (within Australia) or 14 days (to other destinations) days please e-mail info@spinifex.com.au with the relevant order reference for us to investigate.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.
All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped to you. We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process.

Please remember to include your Order ID (if known), your full name and postcode when corresponding by email.

RETURNS

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Goods are not sold on a "SALE OR RETURN" or on a "TRIAL BASIS" and returns must be pre-approved in accordance with our returns policy stated below. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 5 days of the delivery date.
ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR AND UNWANTED GOODS
Items ordered in error or not required after delivery must be returned at the Customer's own expense. A full refund of the cost of the goods will be made if:

1. returned unused, unopened and undamaged.
2. returned in their original condition & packaging.
3. received by us within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

Otherwise a 20% handling charge may be levied. Opened or trialled or goods not returned within the 7 day period specified above, will unless otherwise agreed be subject to a 25% handling fee.

N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to apply an increase handling charge of 30% or return the goods to you.

All refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of the returned consignment.

FAULTY GOODS

If an item is received "dead on arrival", this must be notified to us within 5 days of receipt of the item. We will exchange the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible.

If you wish to return an item for any reason whatsoever, you must contact us by email stating the reason for the return. Once agreed you will be sent by email a Returns Number is to be included with the returned item.

DOWNLOADS

How do I get a download that I have purchased?

After completing the purchase you will be emailed a HTML link where you can download your order. You must be logged in to download your order. If you are not logged you can click on "Log In". Once you are logged in you can click on "My Account" and your previous orders will be displayed. Downloads will only be available for a few days. If you need to have a download re-activated then email us at info@spinifex.com.au.
